We’re excited to offer free carbon-neutral shipping on each and every order. We partner through Sendle — a company that utilizes unused space on express shipment vehicles to get your packages to you with a carbon-neutral shipping footprint.
Shipping lotion bars during hot weather?
Our solid lotion bars are designed to soften in contact with your skin’s body temperature. Unfortunately, that also means they can melt when exposed to extreme heat. If you’re experiencing warmer weather, please note that we may hold your shipment until cooler weather allows us to safely ship. We highly recommend purchasing early and stocking up to avoid shipping during the hotter summer months! Our other products, including the shave bars, do not have these same issues.
Do you offer express shipping?
We do not currently offer express shipping methods due to the environmental impact of these methods. However, our shipments usually arrive quite promptly.
Is your shipping packaging sustainable?
We do our best to ensure that each order is placed in the smallest box possible utilizing paper ‘fill’ instead of plastic bubble wrap and recyclable paper tape instead of plastic. In addition, our shipping boxes are both recyclable and made from 100% recycled material.
